Delivering reliable mobile coverage inside commercial buildings requires more than stronger signal. It requires a modern, secure, and intelligently engineered network architecture. This Application Note explains how InfiniG’s Mobile Coverage-as-a-Service model ensures fast speeds, low latency, and seamless user experience from device to mobile operator core.
When a user places a call, sends a text, or streams video inside a building served by InfiniG, their device converts voice and data into IP packets secured by SIM-based encryption standards defined by 3GPP. InfiniG broadcasts each participating carrier’s PLMN-ID across its shared Radio Access Network, enabling authorized subscribers to connect automatically to their mobile operator using a standards-based approach.
From there, traffic moves securely through encrypted IPSec tunnels across the building’s LAN and out to the Internet Service Provider. Data is routed through AWS Local Edge locations and regional data centers, where InfiniG’s cloud-native MOCN gateways dynamically sort and steer traffic to each mobile operator’s regional mobile core. This cloud-optimized routing prioritizes latency, scale, and performance rather than relying on static geographic anchors.
For environments requiring ultra-low latency, InfiniG offers an On-Prem Cloud option while maintaining full end-to-end security.
Throughout the process, AI-driven analytics continuously monitor RAN behavior, subscriber experience, and traffic patterns across the edge-to-cloud continuum. The result is rapid fault isolation, predictive capacity planning, prioritized voice traffic, elastic scalability, and enterprise-grade visibility.
By combining shared spectrum, cloud technologies, MOCN innovation, and strong partnerships with major US carriers, InfiniG delivers a cost-effective, fully standards-based solution for offices, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, campuses, and other buildings where reliable mobile coverage is mission-critical.
